Our story began with simple discovery – need of an every professional to excel and achieve great heights in his or her career. We identified the pain areas where resources needed on-board training after joining IT organisation which takes few weeks. We analysed, assessed, designed and developed detailed training programs at our academy to nurture and nourish individuals in every aspect right from soft skills to advance technical knowledge. We focus more on practical approach rather than theoretical. As we found us doing great in academy we took step ahead in the field of Products R&D with industry experts. We have been developing products that are proving one stop solution for our clients. As our Team grew stronger at every milestone, association with RPA Technology happened and we are proud as we not only included it in our Expertise Training Programs but also providing our client with industry leading solutions and implementation.

She is a well-known personality in the IT industry with nearly two decades of experience. She has an extensive experience in leading & managing application development, supporting & maintaining teams to deliver around 100+ software projects in multiple domains internationally. Swati has built vital capabilities in multinational organizations. She brings value in projects with her agility. She has held leadership positions at Capgemini, Quality Kiosk technologies Pvt. Ltd., TATA Interactive, EnerNOC etc. She has deep expertise in global delivery operations, software engineering, Agile, DevOps, digital transformation, testing, delivery management, leadership development, Robotics Process Automation etc.
